摘　　要：文章对当前我国高等学校档案工作存在的主要问题进行了探讨 ;提出了强化意识 ,完善机构 ;健全制度 ,集中管理 ;加大投入 ,务实基础 ;引进人才 ,提高素质四项措施。This paper analysises the main problems existing in archives work of Chinese Universities for the present.Accordingly,the author proposes four points Enhance the conciousness and perfect the institutions;Make the systems sound and concentrate the management;Increase the investment and solidify the basis;attract the talents and enhance the basic quality.
