摘　　要：本文指出了拓展我国农村富余劳动力转移空间的两大路径选择 ,并提出了 5条对策建议 ,即 :改革土地管理制度 ;改革户籍管理制度 ;改革就业管理制度 ;调整区域经济政策 ;全面提高农村富余劳动力素质。This essay points out two paths of choice to develop the shifting space for our national rich rural work force and puts forward five suggestions for countermeasure such as:reform the land management sysytem,reform the household register sysytem,reform the employment system,raise totally the quality of the rural extra work force.
