摘　　要：政府宏观调控是建立和完善市场经济的重要手段。实施正确而科学的宏观调控政策将有利于调动市场主体的积极性,有效配置社会资源,实现社会公正发展目标。要通过深化改革,建立政策立法,健全政策的协调机制和监督机制。Macrocontrol and regulation by government is of utmost importance to the establishment and improvement of marketoriented economy. The implementation of the policy of proper and scientific macrocontrol and regulation will be beneficial to bringing every positive factor of the principal parts of market into play, to disposing social resources effectively, and to realizing social development impartially. It is through deepened reformed that policy legislation can be well established and coordination and supervision mechanism, perfected.
