摘　　要：保持文化多样性是现代复杂社会不断获取可持续发展的生机和活力的重要源泉。中国西部占据着文化传承多样性的中心地位 ,但文化资源的知识产权专属化、资源资本化程度近乎为零 ,重视文化经济安全问题已是当务之急。西部地区可摸索出一条以文化资源的资本化开发和信息化利用、带动新型工业化的人文经济发展之路 ,最终或许能够更快地步入“新经济”时代。Cultural diversity is an important source from which modern society can keep obtaining the vigour for continual development. West China plays the most important role in spreading cultural diversity, but the cultural resources have not been capitalized, so economically, the security of the cultural resources becomes an urgent problem to deal with. West China can try to find out how to develop humane economy by capitalizing the cultural resources.
