摘　　要：农村经济结构存在的问题及其对发展农村经济和增加农民收入产生的不良后果 ,是当前农业和农村经济亟待解决的重要问题。必须从战略高度正确认识云南农村经济结构调整的意义。这不仅要解决当前农产品卖难和农民增收难的现实问题 ,更要立足于解决农村经济长远发展的生产力区域布局、农产品转化和农村城镇化等重大问题。为此 ,应立足于云南省的资源优势以及适应市场经济发展的要求 。One major problem confronting Yunnan's agriculture and rural economy as a whole is the presence of a problematic economic structure, which has been a constraint to the development of rural economy and increase of income of the rural population. Thus from a strategic point of view, readjustment of rural economic structure must be done immediately. To do this successfully, considerations must be given not only to solving short term problems like peasants' difficulty in selling farm produce and increasing income, but also to drawing up long term plans for regionalization of agricultural production, conversion of agricultural products into industrial products, and urbanization of rural areas. Finally, the readjustment and rationalization of rural economic structure should be done in consideration of Yunnan's advantages in resources and in line with the requirements of the market economy.
