中药补肾方在体外对乙肝患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群及TNF-α的调节作用

摘　　要：目的　观察中药补肾方在体外对慢乙肝患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的影响及其对TNF -α的诱导作用。方法　选择 32例慢乙肝患者 ,静脉取肝素抗凝血 ,分离出单个核细胞 ,用RPMI- 16 4 0培养液培养后 ,加入中药补肾方 ,分别检测淋巴细胞亚群和TNF -α。结果　补肾方能促进CD4 + 细胞的增殖 (P <0 .0 1) ,从而提高CD4 + /CD8+ 比值 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对TNF -α的产生有促进作用 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　补肾方在一定程度上能直接促进CD4 +细胞增殖 ,提高CD4 + /CD8+ 比值 ,诱导TNF -α的产生 ,从而调整乙肝患者细胞免疫功能 ,维持乙肝患者免疫平稳 ,提高患者的免疫功能和抗病毒的能力。Objective To observe effect of the renal tonal prescription (traditional Chinese medicine) on peripheral blood lymphocytes and inducing of TNF-a in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Drug of the renal tonal prescription was added in the culture medium and then the changes of the subgroups of lymphocytes and the concentration of TNF-a were detected in vivo. Results The data showed that renal tonal prescription could promote the proliferation of CD4 + lymphocytes and increase the CD4 +/CD8 + ratio ( P <0.05),and promote the production of TNF-α( P <0.01). Conclusion The renal tonal prescription can stimulate directly CD4 + lymphocytes proliferation to some extent and increase the CD4 +/CD8 + ratio,promote the TNF-α level,so as to modulate the patient′s function of cellur immune system and upgrade organism′s immunol and anti-virus function.
