摘　　要：介绍全低压低能耗小型空分工艺流程的确定 ,单元设备的设计 ,安全措施 ,运行情况。电耗实测 :产品KDON - 80 / 4 0型为 0 72kWh/m3,KDON - 1 70 / 1 0 0型为 0 6 3kWh/m3。The paper describes the verification of the small air separation process,characteristic of full low pressure and low power consumption,the designing of components,the safety measures and the operation.The actual power consumption per unit product is as follows:model KDON-80/40--0 72kWh/m 3;model KDON-170/100--0 63kWh/m 3.
