摘　　要：目的　探讨严重急性呼吸综合征的胸部X线表现。资料与方法　对经确诊的 5 3例严重急性呼吸综合征的X线表现进行回顾性分析。结果　严重急性呼吸综合征的胸部X线表现为两肺大片状或小片状密度增高阴影 (2 7例 ) ;磨玻璃样影 (2 2例 ) ;1侧肺叶或肺段的小片状或斑片状影 (1 9例 ) ;表现肺段内结节影 (3例 )以及两肺间质改变 ,肺纹理增粗 ,呈网格状及不规则线状影 (4例 )。结论　严重急性呼吸综合征的胸部X线表现多种多样 ,如两肺片状影 ,磨玻璃状影 ,呈游走性 ,以及肺纹理增粗、增多 ,呈网状改变。结合临床表现发热、咳嗽、白细胞降低或正常等 。Objective To study the chest X rays features of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).Materials and Methods Chest radiogram of 53 patients with SARS was studied retrospectively.Results Chest radiogram demonstrated the mottling or patchy opacity in both sided lung in 27 cases, the ground glass opacity in 22, the mottling or patchy opacity in unilateral lung or a pulmonary segment in 19, the nodular shadows in pulmonary segments in 3, and pulmonary interstitial lesions with the increased lung markings as mesh or irregular linear shadows in 4. Conclusion SARS shows various patterns on chest radiogram, which together with clinical manifestations such as fever, cough, normal or decreased WBC can make a diagnosis of the disease.
