添加剂对制膜液体系相图的影响研究

摘　　要：采用浊点滴定法测定制膜液的浊点,研究了在同种制膜液体系(PES H2O DMAc、PES H2O DMF和PES H2O NMP)中,分别加入添加剂氯化锂(LiCl)或磷酸(H3PO4),以及在PES H2O DMAc制膜液体系中,将添加剂LiCl的用量从2%增至6%,对制膜液体系浊点的影响.The cloudpoint line of the casting solution for polyethersulplone (PES) ultrafiltration membrane is determined by means of cloud-point titration. The effects on the cloudpoint of casting solution are studied by adding additive LiCl or additive H3PO4, respectively, into the same casting solution system which is one of the following three systems: PESH2ODMAc, PESH2ODMF, and DESH2ONMP. The influences on the cloud-point are also investigated by increasing the amount of additive LiCl from 2% to 6% in the casting solution system of PESH2ODMAc.
