摘　　要：清代云南“放本收铜”政策的实施 ,从云南地方来说 ,是为了牟取铜利 ,解决云南财政入不敷出问题 ;从中央政府来说 ,是为了保证铸钱原料 ,降低铜的价格及铸钱成本 。The Enforcement of 'pre-paying cost of production for the collection of copper' policy in Yunnan in Qing Dynasty, in terms of its locality, is to profit from copper and solve the financial difficulties in Yunnan. In terms of central government, this is to guarantee the material for casting 'money', reduce the price of copper and the cost of casting, to solve the problem of expensive money price in the field of commodity and currency circulation.
