经尿道前列腺电汽化切除治疗前列腺增生症的探讨

摘　　要：目的:总结经尿道前列腺电汽化切除治疗前列腺增生症的临床经验。方法:报告165例前列腺增生症的治疗经过,观察IPSS、Qmax、RUV等指标。结果:上述指标前后相比较,均有显著差异(P<0.05),无死亡及尿失禁等严重并发症。结论:经尿道前列腺电汽化切除治疗前列腺增生症是一种安全、效佳的微创治疗方法。Objective To summarize the clinical experience of transurethral vaporization and resection of the prostate(TVP and TURP)for the treatment of BPH.Methods165cases of BPH were treated by transurethral vapor-ization and resection of the prostate .IPSS?Qmax and RUVof each case were measure d before and after the operations.Results All index of each case after the treatment had significant difference com pand to before the treatment (P<0.05).there was no urinary incontinence a nd death.Conclusions transurethral vaporization and resection of the prostate for the treatment of BPH is s afe,effect and minimally invasive.
