摘　　要：文章阐述了胆汁回输护理的临床意义,尤其正确有效的胆汁回输,此项护理措施确保患者安全可靠,胆汁无污染,不影响患者的正常生活;有利于保持机体电解质平衡和营养物质的吸收,促使患者早日康复。It is important to nurse patients with bile reflux ,especially effective and correct bile reflux.The nursing method ensures the patients security and safety ,the bile is not polluted and the process does not affe ct the patients' normal activities ,benefit to keepi ng the balance of organism electroly te and the absorption of nutrition ,meanwhile organism will recover very soon .
