摘　　要：高血压病是严重危害人民健康的最常见疾病之一 ,高血压的发病与遗传、精神过度紧张、吸烟、酗酒、嗜盐等因素有关 ,若不积极治疗 ,可导致心、脑、肾等脏器损害。离休干部患者是一个特殊群体 ,离休后社会地位、生活方式发生变化 ,如果不能较好地适应这种变化 ,则易产生孤独、抑郁、情绪不稳、焦虑等不良反应 ,通过对 5 0例离休干部高血压患者的心理调查 ,探讨主要影响患者心理障碍的原因 。Hypertension is one of the most ordinary disease to severely harm to people health. The cause of hypertension is connected with factors including heredity, spiritual nerve, smoking, drinking and so on. There's nothing visible in early time. It leads structures to be hurt in heart., brain and kidney. Retired people are special crowds with the disease. It is easier to have loneliness, blues and anxiety reactions. The study explored reasons of leading psychological obstacles by investigation 50 retired people with hypertension so that we can improve the patients life qualities.
