摘　　要：国际金融业的发展潮流是实行混业经营,从长期来看我国金融业自不例外。我国由分业经营向混业经营过渡中有其特有的金融效率基础和国有企业与国有银行共生关系基础,也必须具备包括国有商业银行的产权制度改革、市场中介作用的充分发挥,和证券市场的发展及金融监管、金融法规的完善等条件。The current development direction of the international financial industry is to implement the combination operation,from long-term,our country financial industry is not excep tion.In our country,from segregation operation to combination operation has its special financial efficiency foundation and the foundation on state-owned bank symbiosis with the state-owned business enter-prise,also must have the equity reform of state-owned commercial bank,the function of financial market-adjust,the development of stock market,the financial supervision,financial man agement tal-ented,financial laws etc.
