摘 要:采用常压 -微反色谱装置 (MRC)、TPR、ATGA等技术 ,对铜促进型烃类蒸汽转化催化剂的活性、还原性和抗结碳性能进行了研究。Cu的引入可显著降低NiO/α -Al2 O3 催化剂上NiO的还原温度 ,随着Cu含量的增加 ,这种作用愈加明显。当Cu的加入量很低时 ,能提高催化剂活性 ,当含量超过一定范围后 ,活性则迅速下降。Cu对催化剂抗结碳性能的影响出现极值 ,加入微量或大量Cu都可降低结碳速率。兼顾Cu对还原性、活性和抗结碳性的影响以及转化反应对催化剂的要求 ,CuO的加入量应在NiO含量的A study is made of the activity, reducibility and resistance to carbon formation of the copper promoted hydrocarbon steam reforming catalyst by the atmospheric MRC, TPR and ATGA. The introduction of Cu will lower considerably the reducing temperature of NiO on the NiO/α Al 2O 3 catalyst, and this effect is more pronounced with an increase in Cu content. When a very small quantity of Cu is added, the activity of the catalyst is enhanced, but if the Cu content exceeds a definite range, its activity drops quickly. The effect of Cu on the resistance to carbon formation of the catalyst will come to an extreme value, and the addition of trace or macro quantity of Cu will decrease the carbon forming rate. Taking account of the effect of Cu on the reducibility, activity and resistance to carbon formation as well as the demand of the reforming reaction on the catalyst, the CuO added should be below 1% of the NiO content.
