摘  要:以锌盐、钼酸盐、低膦有机物、羧酸磺酸共聚物为循环水系统缓蚀阻垢剂的有效组份 ,研制了新型低膦缓蚀阻垢剂。其特点是含磷量仅为常规有机膦系列复合水处理剂的 30 %~ 5 0 %。循环水系统应用该水稳剂后 ,排污水磷含量 ( <1.0mg/L ,以P计 )符合环保要求 。A new type of low phosphine antiscale inhibitor for the circulating water system is developed by the combination of such active constituents as zinc salt, molybdate, low phosphine organics, and carboxylic sulfonic acid copolymer. Its special feature is that its phosphorus content is only 30%~50% of that in the conventional organophosphorus compound water treating agent. With the use of this inhibitor in the circulating water system, the phosphorus content in the sewage discharged conforms to the requirement of environmental protection. It is able to be up to the standard of Sinopec.
