摘　　要：简要介绍了大型注塑模具的设计优化对象及浇注系统的优化方法 ,同时以一保险杠为例 ,对其浇注系统进行了CAE分析 。The objects and methods of optimization in design of large injection mold were introduced. Taking the front bumper for example, the application and analysis of CAE in design of runner systems was accomplished, and the number,location and dimension of gates were obtained successfully.
