清脂健胰胶囊改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的研究

摘　　要：目的　观察清脂健胰胶囊对 2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的改善作用。方法　将 6 0例 2型糖尿病患者随机分为 2组 ,分别运用清脂健胰胶囊和二甲双胍治疗 1个月 ,对 2组治疗前后的空腹血糖 (FBG)、胰岛素 (FINS)、餐后 2h血糖 (PBG)、血脂 (TG、TC、HDL -C、LDL -C及FFA)进行检测 ,并计算胰岛素敏感性指数 (IAI)。结果　清脂健胰胶囊能明显降低糖尿病患者的FBG和PBG(P <0 .0 1) ,提高胰岛素敏感性指数 (P <0 .0 1) ,并能降低TG、LDL -C及FFA(P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1) ,升高HDL -C(P <0 .0 1) ,其作用与二甲双胍相当 ,但未见明显毒副反应。结论　清脂健胰胶囊能明显改善 2型糖尿病的糖和脂代谢紊乱 ,增加胰岛素敏感性 。OBJECTVE To observe the effect of Qingzhi Jianyi Capsule in antagonizing the resistance to insulin of type 2 diabetes.METHOD 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided randomly into two groups and were treated with Qingzhi Jianyi Capsule and flumamine respectively for two weeks. Before and after the treatment, the levels of FBG, FINS, PBG, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and FFA of both groups were determined and IAI calculated. RESULT Qingzhi Jianyi Capsule can markedly reduce the levels of FBG and PBG ( P <0.01), increase IAI ( P <0.01), reduce the level of TG, LDL-C and FFA ( P <0.05, P <0.01), and increase HDL-C ( P <0.01). Its effect was comparable to that of flumamine, but without obvious toxic side effect. CONCLUSION Qingzhi Jianyi Capsule can markedly relieve the derangement in lipid metabolism and increase sensitivity to insulin. Its effect in antagonizing lipid toxicity accounts for its effect in antagonizing resistance to insulin.
