摘　　要：介绍了一种回转窑运行轴线测量的新方法 ,该方法在回转窑筒体下面两个径向应变为零的方向安装了非接触式位移传感器 ,对安装在筒体上的键相键进行测量 ,由测得的位移值计算出相应截面的回转中心。该方法克服了现有测量系统高处安装系统定位困难、测量操作复杂和测量误差大的缺点 ,解决了回转窑运行轴线不可监测的难题 。A method of measuring the operating axis of a large scale revolving kiln is presented in this paper.In the method,two displacement sensors with their axes towards zero strain direction are installed under the revolving kiln shell,and a key with a megnetic pedestal is attracted to the shell.As the key passes over the sensors,the displacements are measured,from which the desired revolving centre of the cross section of the kiln is derived.Shortcomings in existing methods including the difficulty in installation of a measuring system,complexity of operating a measuring system and considerable measureing errors,have been overcome in this work.The method proposed in the paper is quite effective in practical applications.
