摘　　要：针对油田污水回用注汽锅炉所造成的腐蚀结垢问题 ,介绍一种高温高压缓蚀阻垢剂的研制过程 ,其中包括原因分析、防蚀阻垢机理研究、室内及现场试验等。该项目的完成与应用保证了注汽系统应用污水的安全运行 。In order to solve the corrosion and scale problem caused by using recycle waster water in steam injection boiler in oil field, a high temperature high pressure inhibitor was developed through analyzing the problem cause and mechanism of corrosion scale prevention, as well as laboratory and field tests. The development and application of the inhibitor have been ensuring the safe operation of steam injection boiler using waster water and are significant for environmental protection.
