摘  要:通过对铝合金在含有稀土盐的硫酸电解液中进行阳极氧化所得到氧化膜性能的研究 ,发现加入硫酸铈比无稀土盐其厚度、硬度及耐蚀性均好 ,最佳含量为 0 .5 g/L ;硫酸铈和硫酸镧复合稀土盐比单一硫酸铈稀土盐好。The properties of Al alloy oxide films obtained by anodizing in three different H 2SO 4 electrolytes were investigated. The results showed that the film formed in the electrolyte containing single rare earth salt Ce(SO 4) 2 was better in the thickness, hardness and corrosion resistance than that formed in the electrolyte without rare earth salt. The best content of Ce(SO 4) 2 was 0.5g/L. Adding rare earth salt composite of Ce(SO 4) 2 and La 2(SO 4) 3 was better than adding single rare earth salt Ce(SO 4) 2.
