摘　　要：从我国经济体制改革、石油行业重组改制和境外上市的角度考虑,论述了改革和完善我国现行油气储量分类的必要性,阐述了国内外分类的现状和发展趋势,剖析了国内外油气储量的分类特点,以及我国未来新分类应具备的特点和应进一步加强研究的问题。In the paper the necessity of reforming and improving oil and gas reserve classification from the perspective of China's economic reform, re-structuring of the petroleum industry and overseas IPO is discussed. The paper also states the current situation and development trend of the reserve classifications home and abroad, of which the characteristics are analyzed. It then discusses the characteristics of our future reserve classification and fields which should be further studied.
