摘  要:胜利东辛油田地温高,地层水和回注污水矿化度高,腐蚀严重。采用N80钢腐蚀试样,在含Cl-,HCO-3,Mg2+,Ca2+,Na+,矿化度6.29×104mg/L,pH=7.0的模拟水腐蚀介质中,实验测定了一系列单一或复配的市售有机、无机缓蚀剂在80℃(有机缓蚀剂)和60℃(无机缓蚀剂)下的缓蚀性能。发现有2种有机液体缓蚀剂(代号HS 3,HS 4)在加量为30mg/L时的缓蚀率>97%且无点蚀发生;质量比6∶4~4∶6的HS 3+HS 4在总加量10mg/L时的缓蚀率高于单用的HS 3和HS 4。HS 3+HS 4的化学成份为膦酸盐、胺、有机酸、醛及少量无机物,1∶1的HS 3+HS 4以一种高吸水树脂和一种可成胶、可固结材料为载体,经加热干燥、成型之后制成缓释型固体缓蚀剂DX 1。用量10mg/L的DX 1,60~80℃下在模拟水中的缓蚀率>97%;用量15mg/L时,80℃下在东辛油田辛1、辛3及102站外输水中使腐蚀速率分别降至0.0315,0.0753及0.0108mg/m2·h,缓蚀率分别为95.4%,92.2%及97.7%。将DX 1用于东辛油田将使腐蚀问题基本获得解决。表7参3。At higher temperature Dongxing oil fields of Shengli the formation and recycled for flooding produced waters contain large amount of inorganic salts and cause severe corrosion troubles. To solve these problems a lot of commercial organic and inorganic corrosion inhibitor (CIs), single and in combination, is tested for inhibiting corrosion of N80 steel samples at 80℃ (for organic CIs) or 60℃ (for inorganic ones) in a simulation water containing Cl-, HCO-3, Mg2+, Ca2+, and Na+ and of TSD=6.29×104 mg/L and pH value 7.0. It is found that 2 organic liquid CIs notated as HS3 and HS4 at use level 30 mg/L can reduce corrosion rate (CR) by>91% with no pitting created; combination HS3+HS4 in mass ratio 6∶4—4∶6 at use level 10 mg/L has inhibitory capacity higher than any single HS3 or HS4. Chemically being a mixture of phosphinate(s), amine(s), acid(s), aldehyde(s) and a little inorganics, HS3+HS4 (1∶1) in mixture is suported on a mixture of a high water absorbing resin and a gellable/settable material, dried and formed to give a solid inhibitor DX1. DX1 at use level 10 mg/L reduces CR at 60—80℃ in the simulation water by >97% and at use level 15 mg/L reduces CR at 80℃ to 0.0315,0.0753, and 0.0108 mg/m2·h, that is ,by 95.4%, 92.2%, and 97.7% in purified recycled produced waters taken form watertreating plants Xing1, Xing3, and No 102, respectively. With the help of DX1 the corrosion troubles at Dongxing might be solved practically.
