摘 要:在实验室评价了质量比7/3的阴离子/非离子混合表面活性剂降粘剂SB 3(有效物含量≥30%)对胜利滨南油田单6断块蒸汽吞吐井超稠油井筒乳化降粘的性能。所用油样为脱气脱水单6 12 X42井原油,在10s-1下50℃粘度为6.4×104mPa·s,60℃粘度为3.3×104mPa·s;水相为模拟地层水,含NaCl1.5×104mg/L,Ca2+800mg/L,Mg2+200mg/L及设定量SB 3。实验研究结果表明:体积比为90/10~50/50的原油和水在60℃时形成油包水乳状液,其粘度较原油大幅上升;在水相中加入2.0×104mg/LSB 3后,相同体积比的原油和水在60℃时形成水包油乳状液,60℃、50s-1下乳状液粘度为260mPa·s(油水体积比70/30)和~130mPa·s(60/40);温度由35℃升到80℃时,油水体积比70/30的乳状液的粘度(50s-1)由579mPa·s降至65mPa·s;SB 3加量增大时(≤5.0×104mg/L)乳状粘度还会降低;SB 3不影响稠油乳状液的化学破乳脱水。因此,SB 3可用于胜利滨南油田单6断块超稠油的井筒乳化降粘。图3表4参3。An anionic/nonionic mixed surfactant (mass ratio 7/3) in ≥30% aqueous solution, denoted as SB3, is evaluated in Laboratory for improving flowability of superheavy crude in tubing of steam huffpuff wells of faulted block reservoir Shan6 of Binnan, Shengli. The degased and dehydrated crude taken from well Shan612X42 as crude sample has viscosity 64 Pa·s at 50℃ and 33 Pa·s at 60° (10 s-1). The aqueous phase used is a simulation formation water (SFW) containing 15 g/L NaCl, 0.8 g/L Ca2+, and 0.2 g/L Mg2+ and a given quantity of SB3. It is shown that the crude and SFW in volume ratios 90/10—50/50 form at 60℃ W/O emulsions with significantly enhanced viscosity; with the help of SB3 of dosage 20 g/L in SFW, O/W emulsions are created in the same volume ratio range at 60℃ and 50 s-1 with viscosity of 0.6 Pa·s (O/W ratio 70/30) and ~0.13 Pa·s (60/40); the viscosty of O/W (70/30) emulsions decreases from 0.579 to 0.065 Pa·s when temperature raises from 35℃ to 80℃ (50 s-1);increasing SB3 dosage up to 50 g/L in SFW further decreases the viscosity of O/W emulsions; SB3 exerts no negative influence on chemical demulsification/dehydration of the crude emulsions. It is concluded that SB3 can be used as emulsifier/viscosityreducer for downhole emulsification of superheavy crude in faulted block reservoir Shan6 in Binnan, Shengli.
