A Perforation Sealing Technology for Water Control in Zhongxi of Shengli

摘  要:胜利桩西地区大部分采油井合采二层以上油层。为了封堵采油井高渗透层和高含水层,研制了含有可在50~90℃下11h内固化的酚醛树脂和混合无机颗粒物的水分散液炮眼封堵剂。水分散液中的固体颗粒物在炮眼中堆积并被压实、固化,将炮眼封堵。封堵剂的最佳组成为(质量分数):煤渣0.32,粉煤灰0.17,钙土0.21,珍珠岩0.12,酚醛树脂0.18,用5g/LHPAM水溶液配制成水分散液。为了减少封堵剂用量,还研制了一种钙土/水泥预堵剂。给出了封堵剂用量和施工终结压力控制值计算公式。1995~2000年间在胜利和其他油田使用该技术共封堵51口井的炮眼,平均单井使用预堵剂2.16t,封堵剂0.63t,工艺成功率98.0%。介绍了2个井例。套管变形的桩15井直接封堵高含水井段炮眼,使用预堵剂3.0t,封堵剂0.8t;薄隔层(2.4m)桩52 32井高含水井段和生产井段炮眼全部封堵,使用封堵剂0.5t。两井重射孔后含水率下降,产油量增加。图4表1参3。The producing sections of most wells at Zhongxi, Shengli, consist of >2 layers. To plug the highly permeable and watered out zones in these production and injection wells, a perforation sealing fluid is developed and composed of a phenolic resin hardenable at 50—90℃ in 11 hrs and mixed inorganic particles dispersed in water. The solid particles in aqueous dispersion accumulate in the perforations and are compressed and solidified, thus make the perforations sealed. The optimal composition of the sealing material (in mass fractions) is :coal cinder 0.32+fly ash 0.17+Cabentonite 0.21+pearlite 0.12+phenolic resin 0.18 and these particles are dispersed in 5 g/L HPAM aqueous solution. A Cabentonite/cement slurry is developed as presealing fluid to reduce the amount of sealing fluid to be squeezed. The calculating equations of the sealing malerial needed and of the extreme final squeezing pressure are presented. Totally 51 perforationsealing jobs have been conducted in Shengli and some other oil fields in 1995—2000 with successfulness of jobs of 98% and 2.16 t of presealing and 0.63 t of sealing materials per welljob are used in average. 2 well cases are described. The perforations in the watered out zones of well Zhong15 with case deformation troubles are simply sealed by using 3.0 t of presealing and 0.8 t of sealing materials; for well Zhong5232, the perforations in the watered out and producing zones separated by a thin layer of 2.4 m thick are all sealed by using 0.5 t of sealing materials. After perforating the proper zones in the 2 wells decrease in water cut and increase in oil productivity are observed.
