摘 要:针对胜利现河油田河11块油藏条件(温度≤110℃,地层水矿化度≤4.0×104mg/L,高钙镁),研制了聚合物水基微凝胶调驱剂JTY Ⅱ。所用聚合物为疏水化聚丙烯酰胺,交联剂为带碳环或杂环的有机物与带多配体含锆离子的无机物的复配物,用矿化度4.0×104mg/L、Ca2++Mg2+7.0×103mg/L的采出水配制成胶液。聚合物+交联剂质量浓度为500~2000mg/L的成胶液在95℃形成可流动凝胶,成胶时间随浓度增大而缩短。1000mg/L的成胶液95℃、6s-1下的粘度,60d时升至27.5mPa·s,增幅达400%,在110℃时仍能形成稳定微凝胶,其耐温性估计为125℃,耐矿化度超过1.5×105mg/L。成胶液和微凝胶受机械剪切后粘度保留率分别为90%和>75%。在95℃下在天然岩心中注入0.3PV500~1500mg/L成胶液,使采收率在水驱基础上提高12.04%~22.45%(1000mg/L聚合物溶液提高采收率12.64%),阻力系数和残余阻力系数均增大。岩心中形成的微凝胶耐冲刷,累计注水20PV时注水压力略有上升(0.190→0.215MPa)。该微凝胶可用于河11块油藏的调驱。表7参5。An aqueous polymeric microgel, JTYⅡ, for indepth permeability controlling and reservoir flooding is developed according to the reservoir conditions of fauted block He11 of Xianhe, Shengli: reservoir temperature ≤110℃, salinity ≤4.0×104 mg/L, and high Ca2++Mg2+ content. The polymer used is a hydrophobizised polyacrylamide, the crosslinker—a combination of carbocyclic or heterocyclic organic and a multilegand Zr inorganic compounds and the gelling fluid is prepared with the produced water of salinity ≤4.0×104 mg/L, and Ca2++Mg2+content 7.0×103 mg/L. The gelling fluid of polymer+crosslinker (P+C) concentration 500—2 000 mg/L forms flowable gel at 95℃ with gelation time shorter when the P+C concentration is higher. 1 000 mg/L gelling fluid has enhanced by 4 times viscosity 27.5 mPa·s at 95℃ and 6 s-1 in 60 days and forms stable microgel at 110℃; the estimated thermal resistance is of 125℃ and the salts tolerancy is determined as high as > 1.5×105 mg/L. After mechanically shearing, the gelling fluid and the microgel formed maintain 90% and >75% of initial values of viscosity, respectively. In reseervoir core flow experiments injecting 0.3 PV of 500—1 500 mg/L gelling fluid leads to enhancement in oil recovery of 12.4—22.45% over that for water flood (enhancement of 12.64% in case of 1 000 mg/L polymer solution injected) and to higher resistance and residual resistance factors observed. The microgel enplaced in cores is proof to flush and the injecting pressure of water is slightly raised from 0.190 to 0.215 MPa when 20 PV of water injected acummulatively. This microgel can be used as profiling/flooding agent for reservoir of faulted block He11.
