摘  要:实验研究发现,用矿化度9.0×104mg/L的水配制、适用温度<75℃的酚醛树脂/HPAM流动凝胶,在温度≥90℃时通过凝胶失水收缩失去稳定性,其结果是脱水并生成不溶性物质。认为凝胶失水收缩起源于交联聚合物网络中反应性、水化性基团的缩合反应。为了提高该流动凝胶的耐温性和抗盐性,筛选出了分子量1.46×107、水解度19.8%的一种商品两性聚合物SL代替HPAM,选用聚乙二醇(PEG)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为稳定剂,确定了新的耐温抗盐流动凝体系的配方:酚醛树脂BH、两性聚合物SL、PEG、PVA的质量比为1.0∶0.9∶0.3∶0.3,聚合物浓度800~1200mg/L,用矿化度1.45×105mg/L的模拟水配液。该配方体系在95℃下约15d发生初凝,粘度逐渐上升并达到最高值(70~150mPa·s),此后又逐渐下降,最后破胶,凝胶稳定时间(脱出水体积达到凝胶初始体系的1/5的时间)超过70d。该体系在pH为5~8范围均可成胶。考虑到注入地层时剪切的影响,用分子量6.0×106的两性聚合物配制该凝胶体系,凝胶的稳定时间超过60d,但粘度平均下降35%。表4参2。It is shown experimentally that the destabilization of a phenolic resin/HPAM flowable gel prepared in produced water of TSD=9.0×104 mg/L and for use at <75℃ occurs at ≥90℃ via gel syneresis and results in water separation and insoluble substances creation. The syneresis is considered to originate from some condensation reactions of hydratable reactive groups in the crosslinked polymer networks. To improve heat resistance and tolerancy to salts of such flowable gels, an amphoteric AM copolmer, SL, of M=1.46×107 and HD=19.8% is used instead of HPAM and two stabilizers, polyethyleneglycol (PEG) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) are introduced. A new heat resistant and salts tolerant gelling fluid is formulated as follows: phenolic resin BH+amphoteric polymer SL+PEG+PVA in mass ratio 0.9∶1.0∶0.3∶0.3; polymer concentration 800—1 200 mg/L in simulation water of TSD=1.45×105 mg/L. This fluid begins to gelate at 95℃ in 15 days ca, its viscosity gradually raises and reaches a maximum (70—150 mPa·s) and drops down afterwards until gel breakdown. The stabilization time, being determined as the time needed for the water separation reaching fifth of the initial gel volume, is of >70 days. The fluid gelates at pH values 5—8. To know the effects of shearing in course of injection into reservoir formations, some fluid samples are prepared with amphoteric polymer of M=6.0×106 and it is shown that the stabilization time of the gel is >60 days but its viscosity is reduced by 35% in average.
