摘 要:长距离水平井段的钻井、固井、射孔以及酸化增产技术是难度非常大的工艺技术,磨75-H水平井首次应用了变相位、定向射孔和连续油管拖动注酸、泡沫转向等完井增产工艺技术,实现了长距离水平井段安全优质射孔、酸化均匀解堵的目的,产量由直井的3.16×10~4m^3/d增至17.93×10~4m^3/d,工艺技术取得了可喜成果。为四川乃至全国低渗含硫气藏的高效开发提供了强有力的技术支撑,具有广阔的推广应用前景。Drilling, cementing , perforation and acid stimulation technology of long - distance horizontal selection are very difficult techniques Mo75 - H hori- zontal well used firstly these completion stimulation techniques: variable phase, oriented perforating, coiled tubing dragging acid injection, foam diversion and so on.It realized safe and high quality perforating of long - distance well selection, reached the purpose of acidulating plug removal, and its stimulation yielded a notable result - individual well production added sharply from 3.16 x 104m3/d( vertical well ) to 17.93 x 104m3/d. This technology achieved great successes, which provides strong technical support for high efficiency development of low permeability sour gas reservoir in Sichuan or even in the whole country, so it has good prospects of popularization and application.
