摘  要:介绍了扬子石油化工股份有限公司常减压蒸馏装置由 2 .5Mt/a扩能为 4.5Mt/a改造的情况 ,并对四级蒸馏的工艺流程、特点、操作条件、能耗、改造投资及主要适用场合等进行了分析。结果表明 ,在该装置应用四级蒸馏技术改造时装置现有设备利旧率达 70 %以上 ,节约了改造投资、缩短了施工周期 。An introduction is given on the expansion revamping of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit from 50 000 b/d to 86 000 b/d in Yangzi Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. Process scheme, features, operation conditions, energy consumption, revamping investment and the appropriate situation of four stage distillation have been analyzed as well. The result shows that more than 70% existing equipments have been used in the revamping with the four stage distillation technology, so revamping investment has been saved and construction period shortened. Energy consumption of four stage distillation is almost the same as that of three stage distillation.
