摘　　要：目的:建立一条头孢噻甲羧肟的半合成工艺路线,在这一过程中,我们可以得到一些有益于制造抗生素类药物的方法,以此我们期望有助于实际产业部的生产活动。方法,用自制的反相分离柱纯化原料药物,用这些纯化的原料,通过改变催化剂的用量和溶剂的种类,建立一条实际合成/生产的工艺路线。结果:本方法生产的产品质量稳定,此工艺具有操作简单,生产周期短的特点。结论:本生产工艺简便可行。Objective.To establish a technical approach in semisynthesis of Ceftazidine,Dur- ing the course of it.We can get some methods helpful in manufacturing antibiological drugs,with it we expect to benefit the practicing works.Methods.Purify the raw material with an analytical column self—made.And with purified drugs,we change the amount of catalyst and the kind of solvent.A practical synthesis/manufacture approach was established.Result.The production technology has the advantage of simple operating procedure and short producing period,at the same time product quality is stable.Conclusion:the production technology is simple and practical.
