摘  要:循环流化床燃烧时其底部为还原气氛,其脱硫反应机理与氧化态是不同的。针对这一问题,在流化床实验台上,对4种不同含硫量的煤样在3种不同还原性气氛下进行了热解实验。结果表明,还原态气氛下热解,煤中的硫主要形成硫化氢气态产物,H_2S产生速率随着还原性气氛还原程度的增加而增加,由于原煤本身具有的氧,原煤中的硫的一部分以SO_2的形式产生;硫酸盐的分解是产生SO_2的重要途径。并得出还原气氛下煤中硫生成H_2S的规律、还原气氛强弱、煤中含硫量对H_2S生成的影响。There is a reducing area at the bottom of CFB furnace and the mechanism of desulfuration in this area is different from that in the oxidation area. Four kinds of coal with different sulfur contents were pyrolyzed in fluidized bed in three different reducing conditions. The results indicate that the sulfur in coal is mainly transformed to gaseous H2S under increase of reducing condition. The generation speed of H2S increases with the increase of reducing condition. Due to oxygen in coal, some of the sulfur is transformed to SO2. Decomposition of sulphate is the main pathway of generating SO2. The rule of forming H2S, and the effects of deoxidization and sulfur content on H2S are obtained.
