摘  要:医院每时每刻都面临着各种危机,我国SARS暴发验证了危机的3个特征:突发性、不确定性和紧迫性。医院应对SARS危机应采取:找出医院面临危机存在的薄弱环节;迅速果断采取行动;制定各项应急预案;建立有效的信息传播系统,保护信息畅通;不断修正和调整医院应对危机的各项决策。SARS危机给我们启示是:医院必须建立一套完整的危机处理机制;重视信息获取工作,保证信息渠道畅通;保持及时有效的沟通;重医并重防,提高应急能力;诚实;强化管理,苦练内功。Hospital is constantly confronted with various crisis.The outbreak of SARS demonstrates the 3 characteristics of crisis:abruptness,uncertainty and emergency.In order to cope with the crisis of SARS,the hospital should do:identify the weak link that might lead to hospital crisis;take rapid and decisive action;work out emergency response plan;establish effective information system and ensure the smooth flow of information;constantly revise and readjust decisions and countermeasures.The lessons of SARS to us:hospital should establish a complete crisis response mechanism;pay attention to information collection,guarantee the smooth flow of information;keep timely and effective communication;pay equal attention to clinical as well as preventive medicine,enhance emergency response capacity;be honest and strengthen management,improve the hospital internal capacity.
