摘  要:目的 比较前列腺素E1、L -精氨酸对缺氧性肺动脉高压的治疗作用。方法 测定急性缺氧猪静注前列腺素E1及L -精氨酸注射液前后的血流动力学和血气的变化。结果 静注精氨酸后 ,缺氧猪的肺循环阻力、肺平均动脉压与用药前比较有显著下降 ,动脉血氧分压和血氧饱和度均有所升高 ,而体动脉血压、心输出量、心率等血流动力学指标用药前后相比无明显变化 ;静推前列腺素E1后 ,缺氧猪的肺动脉压及体循环压与用药前比较均呈下降趋势 ,心输出量增加 ,而心率、动脉血氧分压与用药前比较变化无显著性。结论 L -精氨酸与前列腺素E1均可降低缺氧引起的肺动脉高压 ,但二药相比 ,L -精氨酸的疗效明显优于前列腺素E1。Objective To compare the effect of prostaglandin E_1 (PGE_1) and L-arginine on acute hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. Methods Hemodynamic indices and blood gas were determined before and after injecting PGE_1 and L-arginine in hypoxic pigs. Results After injecting intravenously L-arginine, the MPAP, PVP decreased significantly, PaO_2 and SaO_2 increased; Blood pressure, cardiac output, heart rate were not different before and after injecting L-arginine. After injecting intravenously PGE_1, the MPAP and mSAP decreased significantly; Heart rate, PaO_2 and SaO_2 were not different before and after injecting PGE_1. Conclusion L-arginine and PGE_1 could significantly decline the hypoxic pulmonary hypertension, but the effect of L-arginine on hypoxic pulmonary hypertension was better than that of PGE_1.
