摘　　要：目的 :建立测定盐酸地尔硫芏卓 含量的新方法。方法 :采用酸碱双点电位滴定法。结果 :该法含量测定和药典法一致。结论 :该法具有所需仪器简单、测定快速、准确等特点 ,可作为盐酸地尔硫芏卓 的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a new method for determination of diltiazem hydrochloride.METHODS Double point potentiometric titration was used to determine the diltiazem hydrochloride content.RESULTS The content of diltiazem hydrochloride determined by this method accord with the method in pharmacopoeia.CONCLUSIONS This method has such advantages as simple equipment、quick procedure and accurate results.It is reliable for the quality control of diltiazem hydrochloride.
