复方加味血脂清对兔食饵性高脂血症的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究复方加味血脂清对高脂血症家兔血液中甘油三酯、胆固醇含量的影响。方法 用高脂饲料喂养家兔,造模成功后,观察不同浓度的复方加味血脂清对受试动物血脂的影响。结果 实验组甘油三脂和胆固醇水平明显下降。结论 复方加味血脂清具有降低血脂的作用。Objective To investigate the role of compound supplemented XueZhiQing in changing the plasmic triglyceride and cholesterol in rabbits with experimental alimentary hyper-lipemia. Methods Feed the animals with a high cholesterol diet,after the hyper-lipemia model had been set up, the alteration of plasmic triglyceride(TG) and total cholesterol(TC) content were monitored in rabbits treated with multiple doses of compound supplemented XueZhiQing. Results After administration for some time.it was found that contents of TG and TC were,decreased obviously. Conclusion the results indicate that compound supplemented XueZhiQing can show a satisfactory function to antagonizing the hyper-lipemia.
