中原油田轻烃深加工改扩建工程技术特点与分析

摘　　要：为了充分利用轻烃资源,进一步开拓市场,中原油田对1995年建成的第1套25kt/a稳定轻烃深加工处理装置进行了改扩建,新增1套25kt/a轻烃深加工装置。该装置的工艺更加优化,控制更加先进,主导产品质量大大提高,并新开发出了高纯度正戊烷、高纯度异戊烷、高标号6#抽提溶剂油、环戊烷等产品。For the purpose of efficiently using light ends source and further developing market, reformed and extended was the first set of units established in 1995 for 25kt/a extensively processed stable light ends in Zhongyuan Oil Field and a new set with same capacity was added. The set of units, after reformed and extended, has more optimal process with more advanced control, can provide products of quality, and has produced high purity isopentane, high level 6# extraction solvent, cyclopentane etc.
