摘　　要：目的　探讨醋酸地塞米松复合膜的制备和临床应用。方法　用醋酸地塞米松和苯佐卡因等制成复合膜 ,采用单盲法观察其临床疗效。结果　治疗组中显效率 2 5 % (5 /2 0 )、有效率 6 0 % (12 /2 0 )、总有效率为 85 %。结论　本药膜制作简单 ,使用方便 。Objective To investigate the preparation and clinical use of dexamethasone acetate complex film. Methods Complex film was prepared with dexamethasone acetate and benzocaine etc.It's therapeutic effect was observed by single blind trial. Results In all 20 patients treated with dexamethasone acetate complex film the obviously effective rate was 25 percent and effective rate was 60 percent total effective rate was 85 percent. Conclusions Dexamethasone acetate complex film can accelerate oral ulcer to heal and it's preparing process is simple and the application is convenient.
