溴化甲烷熏蒸集装箱与过氧乙酸喷洒联合消毒作用实验研究

摘　　要：本题研究了低浓度溴化甲烷集装箱熏蒸与过氧乙酸喷洒的联合消毒作用,定量载体消毒试验显示较好的协同增效作用,应用剂量为 20g/m^3溴化甲烷在集装箱内熏蒸消毒 8小时以上,然后 20ml/m^3过氧乙酸喷洒消毒 30分钟,可 100％杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞。对集装箱联合消毒处理该方法具有一定的实用价值。This paper studied the synergistic disinfecting action of low - dose methyl bromide fumigating in containers and peracetic acid spraying disinfection. The qualitative carrier tests showed it was of well synergistic killing efficacy. When fumigating with 20g/m3 methyl bromide in containers for 8 hours or more and then spraying disinfecting with 20ml/m3 0.2% peracetic acid for 30 min, we could get 100% killing rate to Staphylococcus aurers, Escherichia coli and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger. This method was efficient for disinfecting containers.
