摘  要:六头公猪和六头母猪在断奶时用促性腺素释放激素(GnRH)主动免疫,观测内源GnRH被免疫中和后所产生的内分泌和生殖机能的变化.注射GnRH与牛血清蛋白(BSA)的偶联物二次,所有受试动物均能产生GnRH的抗体.GnRH主动免疫后性活动受到阻抑,同时降低血浆睾酮浓度(P<0.01)和阻碍精子发生,睾丸、附睾、卵巢和子宫重也明显减少(P<0.01).结果表明公、母猪接种GnRH-BSA能诱发免疫反应,中和内源GnRH的生物活性,且抑制睾酮、孕酮和17β-雌二醇的合成,从而导致性器官发育受阻,达到免疫去势的目的.Six boars and 6 gilts at weaning were actively im-munized against gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) to observe changes in endocrine and reproduc-tive f unction associated with immunoneutralization of en-dogenous GnRH. Two injections of GnRH conjugated to bovine serum ablumin (BSA) induced production of anti-bodies against GnRH in all immunized boars and gilts. Active immunization against GnRH reduced plasma con-centration of testosterone (P< 0.01), paired testes weight (P<0. 01), paired epididymis weight (P< 0. 01 ), weights of ovary and uterus (P<0. 01) and seminiferous tubule diameter (P<0. 01) compared with controls. These results indicate that the immune response induced by inoculation of GnRH-BSA in boars and gilts neutralized the biological activity of endogenous GnRH and inhibited the synthesis of testosterone, progesterone and estradiol-17 ,resulting in blocking the development of sexual organs.
