摘  要:在实验室条件下,建立了压力管道泄漏的声发射检测模型。在不同实验条件下(如变化压力、泄漏孔径大小、传感器取向、距离等条件),进行了压力管道泄漏的声发射检测实验。通过对压力管道泄漏的声发射信号分析,能够定性地判断有无泄漏。同时,研究了压力管道泄漏的声发射信号与距离、泄漏孔径、传感器取向的关系,为压力管道泄漏的声发射定量检测奠定了基础。A model was constructed in laboratory to simulate the acoustic emission pipeline leak detection. Under different test condition, such as changing the pressure of liquid, the size of leak hole, orientation of sensors, distance etc, the experiment of acoustic emission pipeline leak detection was implemented. From the analysis of the acoustic emission signal, whether the pipeline was leaky could be judged qualitatively, and the relationship respectively between the acoustic emission signal and pressure, hole size, sensor orientation, distance, etc. was also studied. The qualitative investigation provides groundwork for quantitative investigation of the acoustic emission pipeline leak detection.
