摘  要:根据文明寨极复杂断块油田的油藏地质特征与剩余油分布规律,开展了有关微生物驱油提高原油采收率的试验研究。在室内进行了微生物菌种的筛选与复配、微生物复配体系的适应性、微生物岩心驱替等试验,确定了用于现场试验的微生物菌种及其浓度、用量等。现场试验提出了方案设计,结果表明,微生物驱油取得了成功,并取得了较好的经济效益,为油田高含水采油期增油降水提供了成功范例。An experimental study is conducted on enhanced oil recovery with related microbial displacement technique based on reservoir geologic properties and laws of residual oil distribution in Wenmingzhai extra-complicated fault block oilfield. Laboratory experiments are conducted on the selection and combination of microbial bacteria , the adaptability of the microbial combination sytstem and the microbial core displacement, thus the microbial bacteria, its concentration and usage for field tests are determined. A project design is suggested in the field test. The result shows that the microbial oil displacement is successful with good efficiency, thus successful example is set for increasing oil production, reducing water at high water-bearing production period.
