摘　　要：通过对列管及垢层的理化检验及对换热器结构和操作条件与腐蚀关系的分析,找出了炼油厂硫磺回收尾气处理区醇胺贫富液换热器列管穿漏的原因,同时提出了防护措施。By means of physical and chemical inspection of arranged tube and scale layer, the relationship between the heat exchanger structure, operation condition and corrosion was analyzed . The perforation and leakage reason of arranged tube for hydramine lean - rich solution heat exchanger in sulphur recovery tail gas treatment zone of refinery was found. The improvement was proposed simultaneously.
