摘　　要：指出了中国石化股份有限公司济南分公司1400kt/a重油催化裂化装置的焚烧式CO余热锅炉存在的问题,通过增设低温过热器、改变省煤器结构、采用水热煤技术和选用固定旋转蒸汽吹灰器等改造措施,提高了CO余热锅炉的蒸汽过热能力、烟气能量回收能力和锅炉热效率,节能效果明显,取得了很好的经济效益。The problems existed in incineration type CO waste heat boiler of 1. 4 Mt/a RFCC unit in SINOPEC Ji Nan Branch Company are pointed. By means of establishing an additional low temperature superheater, changing the structure of economizer, adopting water heat medium technology and fixed rotation steam soot blower ect. measures, the steam superheat capacity, the flue gas energy recovery capacity and the boiler heat efficiency of waste heat boiler were raised. The energy saving effect was remarkable and obtained good economic benefit.
