摘　　要：目的　探讨胫骨平台外后壁骨折的手术治疗方法。方法　采用延长的外侧途径并腓骨颈截骨显露骨折 ,应用异形钢板松质骨螺丝钉联合固定治疗 13例胫骨平台外后壁骨折。结果　 13例均获得随访 ,平均随访 2 6个月 ,患膝关节功能评价按Hohl评分标准 :优 10例 ,良 3例。结论　以延长的外侧途径及腓骨颈截骨为入路可充分显露胫骨平台外后壁骨折端 ,完成骨折的解剖复位 ,获得良好的治疗效果 。Objective To explore a therapy for fractures in the lateral posterior wall of the tibial plateau [HT5”H]Methods [HT5”SS]13 cases in the lateral posterior wall of the tibial plateau were treated using internal fixation of plate and lag-screw with an extensive lateral approach and osteotomy of fibula neck to expose fractures.[HT5”H]Results [HT5”SS]All the patients were followed up with an average of 26 months.The joint function of knee were evaluated according to Hohl score,10 cases had excellent and 3 cases had good result.[HT5”H]Conclusion [HT5”SS]The method can make full exposure of the tip of fracture of tibial plateau and complete reduction of fracture.The results were satisfactory.It is an ideal method which is worth to be spread in clinic.
