多效唑的气相色谱分析

摘　　要：研究了多效唑的气相色谱分析条件 ,选择 1 0 % SE- 30为固定液 ,邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯为内标 ,采用内标标准曲线法作为定量分析的方法。该方法简便、快捷、重复性好 ,其相对标准偏差≤ 0 .1 5 % ,线性相关系数为 0 .99948,回收率在 98.2 5 %～ 1 0 0 .0 0 %。A method is developed for determination of paclotrazol by gas chromatography on a 10% SE 30 chromatographic column with flame ionization detector using diisobutyl phthalate as a internal standard. The variation standard was 0.15%, linear correlation was 0.999 5 and the average recoveries were 98.25%～100.00%. The method is simple, rapid and reproducible.
