摘　　要：结合南纸#5纸机OptiFormer成形器的实践，介绍了夹网成形器的脱水进程、结构、运行中存在的问题及解决办法。Nowadays, paper mills are trying to increase the production of paper machine and improve the paper quality. However, the web forming and the paper quality are essentially determined by the forming section of paper machine. This paper briefly introduced the running experience of the OptiFormer of PM5 in Nanping paper mill, and particularly discussed the dewatering process and the configuration of the typical gap former.
