摘　　要：叙述了我国造纸工业“十五”规划的主要内容;介绍了我国造纸工业的现状及存在的难点和问题;提出了促进我国造纸工业发展的建议。The main contents of 'the tenth five-year' plan of China papermaking industry were discussed. The present situation, some difficult points and problems in existence were introduced. And some advices about promoting the development of China paper-making industry were gave.
