摘　　要：厄尔尼诺、拉尼娜因波及范围广、灾害性程度深,受到了人类的普遍关注。本文对这一全球性环境问题的产生因素、形成演变过程以及全球效应进行了多层面的分析,并对促使这一现象频繁出现的人类行为作了深刻反思,提出了挑战这一全球性环境问题的积极对策。Because El Niйo and La Ni йa affect internationally and make serious disasters,they attract the universal attention of the human society.The author analyses at all sides about their contributing factors,formative evolution procedure and the global effect of this global environment problem.They also do profound self-questioning of human behaviour that helps make the phenomena appear frequently and point out positive counter measures of challenging this problem.
