摘  要:目的 :研究及评价人造血管建立血液透析通路的临床应用效果。方法 :采用膨体聚四氟乙烯人造血管 (e PTFE)移植建立透析血管通路 116例 ,并回顾性地分析通畅率和并发症。结果 :手术成功率 10 0 % ,穿刺使用率为 95.7% ,1年通畅率 95.4 % ,2年通畅率 90 .4 % ,3年通畅率为 78.4 %。常见并发症中血栓形成占8.6 % ,假性动脉瘤 3.4 % ,感染 4 .3%。结论 :人造血管具有口径大、生物相容性好、通畅率高、血流量充足、使用时间长和易穿刺等优点 ,是血透患者移植内瘘的理想选择。Objective:To evaluate the application of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTEE) graftes for establishing hemodialysis access.Methods:ePTFE grafts were impanted in the forearm or the upper arm for permanent hemodialysis access in 116 uremic patients.grafts patencies were calculated according to the life table method.Results:The success rate of operation was 100%. 95.7% of grafts were used in hemodialysis 4~6 weeks after operation.Patency rates at 1、2 and 3 year were 95.4%、904% and 78.4% respectively.The common complications were thrombosis (8.6%)、pseudoaneurysms (3.4%) and infection (4.3%).Conclusion:ePTFE is a good alternative for constructing dialysis access in patients with difficulty to establish direct arterio-venous fistulas in hemodialysis.
