摘  要:1GNF-200施肥旋耕机采用传动轮前置的配置方案,机具重心位置理想,同时改进了机组的纵向稳定性。田间实验及分析表明,该机组的传动轮滑移系数、旋耕深度及其稳定性、施肥量及其稳定性、各行排肥一致性、排肥断条率等性能指标均达到较好水平。由此推断,传动轮前置的配置方案具有较强的合理性。1GNF-200 Rotary Tiller with fertilizing uses the design of the driving wheel preposition, the position of its center of gravity is ideal, and the vertical stability of its unit is improved. The field experiment and analysis show that the performance criteria of the unit attains a higher level, including the sliding coefficient, working depth and its stability, amount of fertilization and its stability, compatibility of fertilization in each row and percentage of length without fertilizer. It is concluded that the design of the driving wheel preposition is more reasonable.
